Dear Members,
I am pleased to introduce the Grafton District Golf Club Strategic Plan 2026-2030, a roadmap that will guide the future of our Club over the next five years. The plan has been developed to ensure we continue to build a strong, sustainable, and welcoming club for current and future generations.
Our key priorities are simple: improving our golf course, enhancing the member and visitor experience, strengthening our financial position, and increasing our contribution to the local community.
The plan is supported by a staged Capital Works Program that includes course improvements, facility upgrades, new revenue opportunities, and investments in technology and sustainability.
The success of this plan will rely on the continued support of our members, volunteers, staff, and community. Together, we can build on the proud history of Grafton District Golf Club and create an even stronger future.
To provide members with the opportunity to learn more about the Strategic Plan, we will be holding an Open Forum with myself as Club President and Club Manager Michael Kinahan on Wednesday, 19 August at 5:00pm.
We encourage all members to attend, as we will be presenting the plan in detail and answering any questions you may have. You could then stay on for dinner as the restaurant will be open.
