Women's Golf - Chip & Putt Competition - Wednesday, 21 May 2025

Hi All,

Well, aren't we all just sick and tired of not having anything to do on Wednesdays because the golf course is closed? So, to alleviate your frustration at not being able to play, a "13 hole Chip & Putt Competition" has been organised to start on Wednesday, 21st May around 10.00am, to be played around the practice greens.

Please bring your chipper and putter (2 clubs only) and golf shoes are preferred but not mandatory.

There will be a $5 entry fee, with cash prizes for the winners.

Prizes:-

1st Prize 50% of Prize pool

2nd Prize 35% of Prize pool

3rd Prize 15% of Prize pool

Rules:-

Each hole will be given a Par of 2 or 3.

Handicap System:-

A Grade plus 2 shots

B Grade plus 1 shot

C & D Grades 0 shots

Lowest score wins

Must chip off the matts and cannot putt on the 1st shot

Sorry about the short notice, but I hope that many of you are able to make it. At least we'll get some kind of golf played at Grafton! And the kitchen will be open so you can enjoy lunch as well.
